Karen Staley - Just For Fun

I realized that I hadn't done a post of just pictures from the shoot I did with my dear friend Karen right before she left on her mission. This shoot was just for fun and I'm really happy with how they all turned out.

I absolutely love it when the wind cooperates with me.

Can you tell I like this red door?

This umbrella is just so cool. I had just bought it earlier that morning. I'd say it was a good purchase.

This was me experimenting with a technique I found in a book. I like how it turned out.

Once again, I love when the wind decides to just gently blow someone's hair.

Well, there's just a few of my favorites from the shoot. There's a whole bunch more posted on my Facebook page. Just do a search on Facebook for Bryson Baham Photography and it'll come up. Let me know what you think of these in the comments!

Nate & McKell Engagements

It's about time that I updated this blog, don't you think? I think so.
These shots are from the engagement session I did with my friend Nate and his fiance, McKell. We shot these up in the more historic part of Ogden. I've wanted to shoot there for a while, so I'm glad I finally got to. I'm really pleased with how these all turned out.

They're both just so photogenic. I loved it!

We did quite a few in this little alley. It was just a good place to shoot.

This next one is probably my favorite from the whole session. I usually prefer smiles, but I just really like how this one turned out.
And I usually have a strict 'no kissing' rule in my engagement pictures, but I guess an on-the-cheek kiss isn't so bad.

Well, there they are. I'm quite pleased with all of them. Let me know what you think of them!

Sneak Peek!

So, I was posting some of these pictures on my Facebook page, and decided that I'd give a sneak peek of them here. I have a lot more pictures of Karen to post, but I really wanted to show you these ones before too late.

I love the fact that the wind decided to blow through her hair right as I took this next shot.

So, I found this umbrella a couple hours before the shoot and loved it. I'm totally going to use it in more shoots. I was experimenting with zooming in on the shot while I held the shutter open for this shot. I really like how it turned out.

These next few shots are from an older shoot of mine. It's of my brother and his wife and their little baby boy. We went up a local canyon for these shots and it was worth it.I found out, once again, that babies are really hard to take pictures of. They just won't cooperate. This next one is so precious.
Well, there's my sneak peak for you! I hope you like them all!
